As UX Design Manager, I led the creation of the Webex Home Tab, transforming it into a personalized dashboard that empowers users to stay connected and productive. The Home Tab provides seamless access to essential tools: users can catch up with teammates with a single click, view recent connections, get a snapshot of their day through calendar integration, and dive into Webex with guided tutorials and step-by-step onboarding. By combining intuitive design with practical resources, this feature optimizes workflow, supports new user adoption, and encourages more profound engagement with Webex tools right from the start.
